The configurator system is mostly used by the elfs at the Toy Factory, but it is also used internally by Santa's team to make preliminary wishes for new children in new markets and to forecast production and rein-deer delivery. "The elfs are very happy with the configurator and we haven't had any complaints from them," says Santa. "It's a powerful tool that has made everyone's job easier and more efficient."

"I can't imagine going back to the old way of fulfilling wishes without the configurator," says elf Fingle. "It's made everything so much easier and more efficient. I'm glad we have it at the Toy Factory."

"And next year, we're excited to roll out a mobile interface that will support the iPads the boys and girls already use today," adds Fingle. "That's going to be a gamechanger for us and will make it even easier for children to get the toys they wish for."

It's definitely made our work at the Toy Factory easier and more efficient."
