How we work

Four practices: Select, Implement, Integrate, Visualize. Fixed-fee engagements where we can scope them; time-and-materials where the problem needs discovery first. No offshore delivery, no pyramid of juniors, the person you meet in the first workshop is the person still on the programme in month twelve. Most engagements start with a CPQ Analysis Workshop, then move into Tacton implementation.

Where we stand

We are a Tacton reseller and implementation partner. For small and mid-sized manufacturers we sell, implement and support Tacton CPQ, the fastest path we know to a working configurator for a complex product.

For enterprise organizations we work as advisors: CPQ strategy, vendor selection and programme reviews. In that role we are open about our Tacton partnership, so you can weigh our advice knowing exactly where we come from, see how we compare it against the rest of the market in our CPQ vendor comparison. What you will never get from us is vendor-marketing prose dressed up as neutral analysis, and we publish straight answers on pricing rather than gating it behind a demo call.
